William Louis "W.L." Allen, age 87, passed away peacefully on February 1, 2019 at his home in Layton, Utah. William married Charlene Evans on July 28, 1951. Theirs is a love story that lasted 67 years. Following graduation, William joined the U.S. Air Force and served as a proud patriot for 22 years, serving as Base Fire Chief at five base locations, retiring as CMSGT. Following his retirement, he worked in civil service for 21 years at Hill Air Force Base. W.L. is survived by his wife Charlene; daughter Rebecca; son Bradley; grandchildren Jordan, Rachel, Rian; and grandson Leo. All are invited to join us in honoring the life and legacy of W.L.
